Beejom Celebrations
Beejom is a working agricultural farm, learning centre and animal sanctuary. So while we don’t encourage hosting private celebrations in the conventional sense on the farm at all, we welcome those who are interested in spending their special days in our little Eco village amidst nature. People then learn about where their food comes from and how animals help us and how we should be responsible with our environment.
We really appreciate the gesture too because it aids our sustainability as well.
The celebrations must include:
🌺shramdaan on the fields
🌺animal interactions and stories about our animal heroes.
🌺pot making
🌺seed ball making
🌺Time for free play and exploration.
🌺 learning to use the chakki, silbatta and okhli:)
🌺 Workshops on growing food, cooking, composting etc.
As a rule no outside food or decorations are permitted. In keeping with the spirit of the farm as a zero waste zone no balloons, decorations are allowed.
🌺 no charges are applicable for kids below 2 years. 🙏🏽
🌺Not more than 25 people at a time including children, parents and carers at a time. All Covid protocols must be followed at all times during the visit.
🌺The timings any celebrations are either:
11.00 am – 2.00 pm ( Lunch)
Or
3.00 pm- 6.00 pm.
